Osmania University M.E M.Tech AICTE All Branches 4th Sem Project Nov-Dec 2025 Notification

Osmania University has issued the official notification for the IV Semester Project/Dissertation Examinations for its M.E./M.Tech. (AICTE All Branches) programmes for the November–December 2025 session. This notification applies to students of the academic batches 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 who are eligible to submit their project/dissertation for the IV Semester.

As per the notification, students are required to pay the prescribed examination fee and submit the online Examination Application Form (EAF) via their respective colleges. The project/dissertation submission fee is Rs. 4,000/-. Additionally, there is an optional fee of Rs. 925/- for consolidated memo, migration certificate & provisional certificate issuance.

Also, for students registered in the academic year 2021-2022, the eligibility for project/dissertation submission ends on 31st December 2025.
