Osmania University B.Ed 1st & 3rd Sem Internal & Practical Marks Submission Circular
Osmania University has issued an official circular regarding the submission of Internal Assessment and Practical Examination marks for B.Ed 1st and 3rd Semester students. This circular is applicable to all affiliated colleges offering the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program under Osmania University for the concerned academic year. College principals, heads of institutions, and course coordinators are advised to strictly follow the guidelines mentioned in the circular to ensure smooth processing of student records.
As per the circular, the Internal Assessment marks for both 1st and 3rd Semester B.Ed students must be finalized based on attendance, assignments, seminars, unit tests, and other evaluation components prescribed in the university syllabus. Similarly, Practical Examination marks should be awarded after conducting practicals and viva-voce examinations in accordance with Osmania University norms. Colleges must ensure transparency and accuracy while preparing the marks lists.
The university has instructed that all Internal and Practical marks should be uploaded through the official Osmania University online portal within the stipulated deadline. Late submission or failure to upload marks on time may result in non-processing of results and could attract penalties as per university rules. Therefore, colleges are strongly advised not to wait until the last date for submission.
Before final submission, principals must verify the marks carefully to avoid discrepancies such as incorrect roll numbers, subject codes, or student details. Any errors found after submission may require formal correspondence with the university, which can delay result declaration.
Osmania University has emphasized that the responsibility for the correctness of the submitted marks lies entirely with the respective colleges. Institutions are also advised to maintain proper records and supporting documents for future reference or verification, if required.
Students are advised to stay in touch with their respective colleges to confirm that their Internal and Practical marks have been submitted successfully. Timely submission of marks will help the university in the smooth and timely declaration of B.Ed 1st and 3rd Semester examination results.
