 Mahatma Gandhi University has officially announced the fee structure for the upcoming Undergraduate (UG) Semester-Wise One Time Chance (CBCS) Exam for February 2025. This notification is intended for students who are appearing for the exams under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) in the various UG programs offered by the university.

 
The One-Time Chance exams offer an essential opportunity for students who were unable to appear for or clear their exams in previous attempts. This chance is specifically designed for students enrolled in previous batches who need to complete their academic requirements. The exam will cover all previous semesters, providing students an opportunity to clear all their pending papers.
 
The university's notification outlines the details regarding the payment of fees for the upcoming exams. All eligible candidates must complete their fee payment as part of the registration process to be able to attend the exams. The fee structure is as follows:
 
  1. Exam Fee for each paper: Rs. 500
  2. Late fee (if applicable): Rs. 100
  3. Hall Ticket Fee: Rs. 50
  4. Practical Exam Fee (if applicable): Rs. 100 per paper
  5. Students are advised to pay the fees through the university's designated online portal or via the respective college counters, depending on the university's guidelines.
 
The last date for fee payment is February 20, 2025, after which a late fee will be applicable. The university has also instructed all students to ensure that they fill out the exam application form accurately and submit it along with the necessary documents. Failure to meet the deadlines or incomplete submissions could result in the forfeiture of the One-Time Chance.
