Mahatma Gandhi University UG 1st 3rd 5th Sem Reg/Backlog Exam Revaluation & Photocopy Jan 2026 Notification

Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Nalgonda, Telangana, has released the official revaluation and photocopy notification for undergraduate (UG) students of the 1st, 3rd and 5th semesters (Regular & Backlog) who appeared in the recent Nov/Dec 2025 examinations. This notification provides a valuable opportunity for students who are not satisfied with their results to seek answer script revaluation or obtain photocopies of their evaluated answer sheets.

According to the notification issued by the Controller of Examinations, students wishing to apply for revaluation of their UG semester papers must submit their applications on or before 22 January 2026. To initiate the revaluation process, candidates need to apply through their respective colleges, with principals preparing the online Examination Application Forms (EAFs) and remitting the total fee to the university via a consolidated challan. The revaluation fee is ₹200 per subject.

In addition to revaluation, students can also request a photocopy of their theory answer scripts, which allows them to personally review the evaluated scripts before opting for revaluation or simply for clarity on how their papers were assessed. The notification specifies that photocopies can be obtained in person at the Examination Branch of Mahatma Gandhi University at a fee of ₹1000 per paper. The last date for photocopy applications is also 22 January 2026.

The university requests college principals to submit all revaluation application forms along with consolidated statements by 24 January 2026, ensuring that all procedural requirements are completed on time.
