Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has officially released the December 2025 Examination Notification for MBA (General), MBA (Tourism & Travel Management – TTM), and MCA 3rd Semester students, bringing clarity to the academic schedule for the upcoming examination cycle. The notification outlines key dates, exam-related instructions, fee details, and mandatory guidelines for all affiliated colleges and students.
As per the notification, all candidates must submit their examination forms, internal assessment marks, and attendance particulars through their respective colleges before the scheduled deadlines. Colleges have been directed to carefully verify student eligibility to ensure compliance with minimum attendance requirements and completion of prescribed internal assessments in accordance with university regulations.
The examination fee payment window will open in early October 2025, with the last date for submission clearly mentioned in the notification. Students who fail to pay the fee within the specified time can avail a brief late-fee period. However, MGU advises students to avoid last-minute delays to ensure seamless processing of their applications.
The MBA (General and TTM) theory examinations will cover core subjects such as Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Marketing Analytics, Tourism Planning, and sectoral specialization papers. Similarly, MCA 3rd Semester students will appear for subjects including Software Engineering, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, and Web Technologies. Practical examinations and project evaluations for MCA students will be conducted after the completion of theory exams. MBA students may also undergo viva-voce and internal evaluation activities as mandated by their curriculum.
