Mahatma Gandhi University B.Tech 1st Sem Reg Exam Dec 2025 Notification
Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has officially released the academic notification for the B.Tech 1st Semester Regular Examinations scheduled for December 2025. The announcement applies to students admitted to affiliated engineering colleges under the 2025–2026 academic year. The University has urged all stakeholders to review the schedule carefully and complete the required formalities within the stipulated deadlines.
According to the notification, the examinations will commence in the third week of December 2025, with detailed timetables to be published separately by the Controller of Examinations. The exams will be conducted as per the revised curriculum and evaluation pattern approved by the University Academic Council.
The University has also opened the online application portal for exam registration. Eligible students must submit their applications through their respective college login credentials. The last date for submission without a late fee is expected to be in the early weeks of November, while submissions with a late fee will be accepted until the end of November 2025. Colleges have been instructed to verify student records and ensure smooth processing of applications.
Examination fees must be paid online, and students are advised to retain digital receipts for reference. Hall tickets will be released one week prior to the commencement of exams. The University has emphasized that no student will be permitted to write the examination without a valid hall ticket and identity proof.
MGU has also directed affiliated colleges to provide adequate academic support and preparatory sessions to help first-semester students adapt to the university-level examination system.
