Candidates who were not allotted seats in the first phase, those who opted for upgradation, and newly eligible candidates were considered in this round. The allotments have been made strictly according to merit, preferences exercised by candidates, and availability of seats.

Seats have been distributed across various specialties such as General Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedics, Anesthesiology, Radiodiagnosis, and several PG Diploma programs.
Candidates who have secured allotments in the 2nd phase are required to download their provisional allotment order from the official KNRUHS website and report to the allotted college within the stipulated dates mentioned in the notification.
