JNTUGV B.Tech 1st Year 1st Sem Regular & Supply Dec-Jan 2025-26 Exam Notification

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University–Gurajada Vizianagaram (JNTUGV) has announced the B.Tech 1st Year 1st Semester Regular and Supplementary Examination Notification for the December–January 2025-26 session. The notification covers important details including exam eligibility, application deadlines, fee structure, and general instructions for students enrolled in affiliated colleges.
According to the notification, the semester examinations are scheduled to be conducted during the last week of December 2025 and will continue into January 2026. These examinations apply to R23 regulation Regular students as well as candidates appearing for supplementary (backlog) subjects under earlier regulations. Students are advised to review the subject codes carefully before submitting their applications.
The university has outlined a clear timeline for the payment of examination fees. The last date for submitting applications without a late fee falls in the second week of November, while submissions with a late fee will be accepted until the end of November. After the due dates, a tatkal provision is also expected to be available for students who miss the regular deadlines. Fee details vary depending on the number of subjects, with separate categories for practical and theory examinations.
Colleges have been instructed to ensure all student data is submitted through the university’s online portal within the specified time frame. Hall tickets will be issued only after successful fee payment and verification by the respective institutions.
The university has also emphasized that students must adhere to the examination guidelines, carry valid ID cards, and report to the exam centers well in advance. Any malpractice will be dealt with strictly as per university norms.
This notification marks an important step for first-year engineering students beginning their academic journey and offers a chance for supplementary candidates to clear pending subjects.
