JNTU-Hyderabad B.Tech 4th Year 1st Sem R18 Mini Project Nov-Dec 2025 Notification
JNTUH has issued the official notification for the IV Year I Semester (R18 Regulation) – Industrial-Oriented Mini-Project (Supply) examinations scheduled for November–December 2025.
According to the notification, all affiliated and university (non-autonomous) colleges offering B.Tech under R18 regulation must adhere to the following schedule:

Upload of panel of examiners for the mini-project viva-voce: by 17 November 2025.

Approved panel to be intimated: 18–24 November 2025.

Conduct of mini-project viva-voce exams: 26 November 2025 to 02 December 2025.

Upload of award list: on or before 03 December 2025.
The mini-project notification emphasises that all students undergoing the R18 regulation who have to appear for the supply/ backlog session should complete their mini-project stage and associated viva-voce during this window. Colleges are responsible for coordinating with JNTUH’s online portal (for examiner panel upload) and ensuring compliance with the timelines.
The prompt release of this notification gives students sufficient lead time to finalise their project work, prepare for the viva-voce, and ensure their documentation and submission requirements are fulfilled well ahead of the viva schedule. Students are encouraged to stay in touch with their respective departments and college examination cells for detailed instructions, and regularly check the official JNTUH Exam Branch portal for any updates.
