Adikavi Nannaya University UG Yoga 3 Months Diploma Course Examinations Jan, 2026 Notification
Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU), Rajamahendravaram, has officially released the examination notification for the UG Yoga 3-Months Diploma Course, scheduled to be conducted in January 2026. The university invited applications from eligible students who have completed the required coursework under affiliated colleges, university centers, and recognized training institutes.
According to the notification, students pursuing the three-month diploma in Yoga must submit their examination applications within the prescribed schedule. The university emphasized that the diploma aims to strengthen foundational understanding of Yoga, including basic asanas, pranayama techniques, yogic theory, and therapeutic applications. The upcoming examinations are designed to assess both theoretical knowledge and practical proficiency acquired during the programme.
The January 2026 session examinations will include:
Theory Paper: Covering Yoga philosophy, introduction to Patanjali Yoga Sutras, anatomy & physiology related to Yoga, and basics of Yoga therapy.
Practical Examination: Testing performance of essential asanas, breathing practices, meditation techniques, and teaching methodology.
Students must ensure that their examination forms are correctly filled and certified by the respective heads of their institutions. The university specified that applications submitted after the last date will attract a late fee as per university regulations. Hall tickets will be issued only after verification of eligibility, attendance, and fee payment.
The university further stated that the detailed timetable, including dates and timings for both theory and practical exams, will be released shortly on the official website. Candidates are advised to regularly check updates to avoid missing key announcements.
