Eligibility:

Specialization in Victimology: Bachelor or associate degree ( sciences, sociology, criminology or criminal justice).

After that or after working with an NGO one becomes eligible for the six-month diploma programme. The certificate course offered by few universities/institutes is open only for criminal justice professionals. The programme adequately educates and trains members of police, judiciary, medical and social welfare institutions and other front like professionals and para-professionals working with victims about the basic concepts of Victimology and victim assistance.
