Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has released the AP PGECET exam date 2025 at the official website. Applicants can check AP PGECET exam dates at apsche.ap.gov.in. As per the schedule, AP PGECET 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on June 6 to June 8, 2025.

AP PGECET 2025: Conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. The AP PGECET 2025 registration for admission to M.Tech/M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D (PB) courses for the academic year 2025-26. The AP PGECET 2025 exam dates have been announced on the official website. AP PGECET, also known as A.P. Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test, is conducted to offer admission to M.Tech and Pharma programmes in various disciplines.
The admission process includes submission of AP PGECET 2025 Application form, downloading of admit card, declaration of result, and counselling. The AP PGECET exam is conducted online in various parts of India. Candidates who qualify for the exam will be admitted to engineering/pharmacy colleges and affiliated colleges approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. A separate admission notification will be released for GATE/GPAT-qualified candidates. GATE-qualified candidates can apply for admission to AP PGECET using their valid GATE score. There is no need to appear for the exam.

AP PGECET 2025 Application Form
Read following section to know the generals instructions related to filling of AP PGECET Application Form 2025:
- The AP PGECET 2025 Application Form will be made available in fourth week of March 2025.
- The application form of AP PGECET 2025 will be accessible by candidates through online mode only.
- Candidates must make sure that they satisfy eligibility norms, before applying for AP PGECET 2025.
- Fill the application form with necessary details like personal, academic, address and other details.
- Upload documents like a scanned passport size photograph and signature in a specified size and format.
- The deadline for submission of application fee without late fee will be till third week of April 2025.
- The application correction window will be opened by authority in second week of May 2025.
- Applicants are advised to take a printout of filled application form for further correspondence.
Application Fee:
- The application fee of AP PGECET 2025 will be paid through online mode.
- Payment of registration fee can be done online through APOnline services or through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking Payment Gateway.
- Fee once paid will be non-refundable in nature.

How to Apply for AP PGECET 2025
- Step-1: Go to the AP PGECET website (link will be given above).
- Step-2: Press on Eligibility Criteria and Fee Payment option from the home screen.
- Step-3: Fill in all mandatory details like, name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, category, etc.
- Step-4: Select payment option and click on Verify email and Pay button.
- Step-5: After successful payment, Click on “Proceed to fill application” and fill details like personal and academic qualification, choose test center preference etc.
- Step-6: Upload a scanned passport size photograph and a signature in jpg/jpeg format.
- Step-7:Cross-check all details before submitting application form.
- Step-8: After submission, click on modify & confirm/freeze option will appear.
- Step-9: Click on Confirm button for final submission and take a print out of filled application form for future correspondence.
AP PGECET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Students must meet the following AP PGECET Eligibility Criteria 2025 to apply for exam:
- Nationality: Candidates who are Indian Citizens will be eligible.
- Domicile: Applicants must have domicile of Andhra Pradeshs and satisfy local/non-local requirements will be eligible.
- Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have a Bachelors degree or its equivalent in relevant field from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- Marks: A minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) must be obtained in the qualifying examinations.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final semester/ year of qualifying examination will be eligible to apply.
- Score card: Candidates who have valid scores of GATE/ GPAT exam in the relevant branch will also be eligible to apply.
AP PGECET 2025 Exam Pattern

- Mode of Exam: The AP PGECET 2025 will be held via online Computer Based Mode (CBT).
- Duration: Candidates will be given 2 hours to solve the question paper.
- Total Questions: A total of 120 questions will be asked.
- Type of Questions: The Objective type questions will be asked in AP PGECET 2025 exam.
- Medium of Paper: The question paper will be in English Language only.
- Marking Scheme: Applicants will be awarded 1 mark for each correct option marked in exam There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.
