APPSC Panchayat Secretary Answer Key 2018-2019:
Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) on April 26, 2019, released the initial answer keys for the Panchayat Secretary (Grade IV) recruitment examination.
The Panchayat Secretary (Grade IV) screening test for General Studies and Mental ability (Part–A) and Rural Development and Problems in Rural Areas with special reference to Andhra Pradesh (Part B) was held on April 21, 2019
The candidates who appeared for the Panchayat Secretary (Grade IV) screening test on April 21 can now check the answer keys available on the official website of the Commission - psc.ap.gov.in.
The candidates are allowed to raise objections on any question or key in a prescribed format which can be downloaded from the official website of the APPSC. As per the instructions by the Commission, the objections will be accepted in hard copy format only.
The last date to submit the objections is 5.00 PM, May 2 2019. Any objection received after the said deadline will not be entertained. The candidates must attach self-attested copy of the hall ticket along with the objection. Any objection/s received without the self-attested hall ticket will not be accepted by the authorities.

APPSC Panchayat Secretary Notification
The Question Paper along with initial key for the examination held on 21.04.2019 F.N are hosted on website dt: 25.04.2019 https://psc.ap.gov.in . If any Candidate wants to file objections on any questions or key, he/she may file in the prescribed format which is available in the Commission’s website.
Also self - attested copy of the Hall Ticket shall be enclosed without which the objections would not be examined. Objections will be received up to 05.00 p.m. on 02-05-2019. Objections would be received in hard copy format only and objections would not be entertained through email, Whatsapp, SMS, Phone or any other mode. The Commission is not responsible for any postal delay.

APPSC Panchayat Secretary Answer Key- Calculation of Marks
APPSC Panchayat Secretary answer key will help you to calculate your marks in the pre-exam and for that you must have knowledge about the marking scheme of the exam. As per the marking scheme, 1 mark will be awarded for 1/3 mark will be deducted for every wrong choice.
In order to calculate the marks with the help of answer keys, you have to match the correct answers and allot them marks as per the marking scheme. After that, you have to apply a formula for calculating marks. The formula for calculating marks is as under-
Score= No. of correct answers X marks for correct answer (1)-No. of incorrect answer X marks for negative marks (0.33)
Important points related to Answer Keys
Answer key will be published online after the conduct of examination.Candidates will also be given a chance for submitting objection against the answer keys.
After the release of final answer keys, no objection will be accepted.
Result will be published only after the publication of final keys as answers are taken into consideration while evaluating the response sheets and for preparing the result of the candidates.

Important point to remember :
- All the candidates are requested to submit their application with correct data.
- Hand written/ Typed/ Photostat copies/ outside printed Application Form will not be Accepted and liable for rejection
- Applicants willing to serve anywhere in Andhra Pradesh should alone apply.

- his/her eligibility for this examination.
APPSC Panchayat Secretary Exam Fee:
Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) towards application processing fee and Rs 80/- (Rupees Eighty only) towards Examination Fee.However, the following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee of Rs.80/- only.
• SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men.
• Families having Household Supply White Card issued by Civil Supplies Department, A.P. Government. (Residents of Andhra Pradesh)
• Un-employed youth in the age group of 18 to 42* years as per G.O.Ms.No.439, G.A.(Ser.A) Dept., dated: 18/10/1996 should submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission.
• Applicants belonging to the categories mentioned above (except Physically Handicapped Persons & Ex-Service Men) hailing from other States are not entitled for exemption from payment of fee and not entitled for claiming any kind of reservation.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
i) The Fee mentioned in the above paragraph is to be paid through Payment Gateway or Net Banking/ Credit card /Debit Card. The list of Banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of Fee will available on the website.ii) The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee and application fee (in non – exempt case) will entail total rejection of application.
