Andhra Pradesh Lawcet exams will be held in 37 centres across the state on 19th april, said AP Lawcet convener Jyothi Vijayakumar and university vice chancellor Prof. K. Rajagopal. As many as 11,219 candidates will attend the entrance exams. Sri Krishnadevaraya University has deputed 43 observers to the centres and about 8.293 candidates applied for the three year law degree course. As many as 2,326 candi-dates applied for the five year degree course while 600 PG candidates applied from all parts of the state, convener Prof. Jyothi Vijayakumar said. Candidates can get hall ticket corrections after submitting the necessary documents to the observers at the examination centres.
Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapuramu going to release the result of AP LAWCET 2019 on May 14th, 2019. Candidates can download AP LAWCET 2019 result along with the rank card in online mode in official website and Manabadi.co.in. With the declaration of the result, candidates who meet the minimum qualification marks criteria will be then shortlisted on the basis of merit list.
APLAWCET-2019 and APPGLCET- 2019 are the Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Tests for admission into LL.B 3/5 Year Law Courses and LL.M Courses in the Universities in Andhra Pradesh and their affiliated colleges. These tests are being conducted by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.
The candidates, who were applied for this entrance tests, they were attended the law entrance exam 19-04-2019 by 2-30 pm to 4-00 pm and they are waiting for their results for join into law courses. The results 2019 of PGLCET and LAWCET will be uploaded at web portal by the Department of Law, SKU.

The LAWCET and PGLCET exams were conducted to selects students for admission in 3 and 5 year LLB courses and postgraduate LLM law courses in various recognised institutions in the state. Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu, Andhra Pradesh conducted the paper on behalf of the APSCHE.
According to the APSCHE, the test is designed to evaluate the candidate, General Knowledge, Mental ability, Current Affairs and aptitude to pursue the study of Law.Candidates had to answer 120 questions in 90 minutes.
AP LAWCET :
The LAWCET paper was divided in three parts.
Part 1 was for General Knowledge and Mental Ability,
Part 2 for Current Affairs and
Part 3 for Aptitude for the Study of Law.
Parts 1 and 2 had a weightage of 30 marks while part 3 had a weightage of 60 marks.
The PGLCET paper followed a similar pattern and both papers contained multiple choice questions. The qualifying marks for LAWCET is 35 percent (40 out of 120 marks) and the minimum marks required to clear PGLCET are 25 per cent (30 out of 120 marks).
AP LAWCET-2019 Results:
a. Evaluation: Every care will be taken to avoid errors in evaluation, checking, scrutiny, tabulation and ranking. Hence, request for retotaling or revaluation or personal identification of scripts will not be entertained.
b. Ranking: The Candidates will be ranked in the order of merit based on the marks obtained in the AP LAWCET-2019 / AP PGLCET-2019. In case of tie the relative rank will be decided as mentioned below:
i) By considering the marks secured in Part-C of A P LAWCET and if the tie still persists marks obtained in Part-B in AP LAWCET shall be taken into consideration.
ii) If the tie still persists they may be bracketed together for the purpose of ranking and seniority in age may be considered at the time of admission.
c. Rank obtained in AP LAWCET-2019 is valid for admission into 3 year / 5 year Law Courses, as the case may be, for the academic year 2019-2019 only.
AP PGLCET-2019 Results:
a) Evaluation: Every care will be taken to avoid errors in evaluation, checking, scrutiny,tabulation and ranking.
b) Ranking: The Candidates will be ranked as per the total marks obtained in the Entrance Test. If there is a tie in total marks, the marks obtained in Part-A of Entrance Test will be considered for awarding the rank. If the tie persists they may be bracketed together for the purpose of ranking and seniority in age may be considered at the time of admission.
c). The Candidates are advised to download the Rank Card from the web site www.sche.ap.gov.in/lawcet after one week of the publication of results. In case of the any difficulty in downloading the Rank Card the candidates are advised to contact the Convener's office.
How to check the results:
Candidates will be able to access their result through their registered accounts.
Result once declared cannot be changed in any case. Re-checking is always allowed.
Candidates need to click on the link provided below ' AP LAWCET 2019 Results'.
Candidates will be required to enter their roll number issued by the university in the provided space and click on the Submit button.
A pdf file will open which will display the scores and the qualifying status of the candidates.
Candidates will have to search on their names and get to know the scores secured by them in the law entrance test.
