MBBS Exam Time Table 2025
The MBBS program under KNRUHS is divided into several phases, with each batch having its own schedule for theory and practical examinations. Below are the highlights for some levels:
- First MBBS (New Regulations)
- Biochemistry Paper I: 02.09.2025 (Tuesday) – 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM
- Biochemistry Paper II: 04.09.2025 (Thursday) – 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM
- The schedule continues in this format for other first-year subjects, typically held in September.
- Second MBBS (New Regulations)
- Pharmacology Paper I: 02.08.2025 (Saturday)
- Pharmacology Paper II: 04.08.2025 (Monday)
- Microbiology and Pathology papers follow on subsequent dates, usually concluding by mid-August.
- Final MBBS Part I & II
- Final MBBS Part II includes exams in General Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Paediatrics distributed across February for regular exams and June for supplementary exams.
All MBBS exams are scheduled to start at 10:00 AM, and students are required to report by 09:00 AM. The practical and clinical exam dates are notified separately.
M.P.T & M.P.H Exam Time Table 2025

Additional Guidelines and Exam Protocol
- Students must always report to their examination center by 09:00 AM.
- A minimum aggregate mark is required in subjects spanning two papers: 40% to pass each subject, plus other aggregate requirements for university passing criteria.
- Practical, clinical, and viva exam dates are generally released closer to the end of theory tests or are communicated directly by college authorities.
- It is mandatory to regularly check the KNRUHS official notifications or respective college notice boards for last-minute updates and any changes to the timetable.

First MBBS (New Regulations) – September 2025
- Eligibility: Admitted in 2024-25, or older batches (no more than four attempts); minimum 75% attendance in theory, 80% in practical/clinical, and 50% internal marks per subject.
- Special Note:
- 2019 and 2020 Batch students get one extra attempt due to COVID-19 hardship, per NMC directive.

- Eligibility: Admitted in 2023-24 or eligible backlog students; 75% attendance in theory, 80% in practical/clinical, minimum 50% internal marks.
