MBBS Exam Time Table 2025

  • Biochemistry Paper I: 02.09.2025 (Tuesday) – 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Theory exams for year-wise streams often fall in mid-August, with practicals following in September. Semester streams may have theory in May/November and practicals in June/December.

Additional Guidelines and Exam Protocol

• Students must always report to their examination center by 09:00 AM.
• A minimum aggregate mark is required in subjects spanning two papers: 40% to pass each subject, plus other aggregate requirements for university passing criteria.

  • 2019 and 2020 Batch students get one extra attempt due to COVID-19 hardship, per NMC directive.

  • 50% total (theory + practical), and minimum 40% in theory and practical individually.

Second MBBS (New Regulations) – August 2025

• Eligibility: Admitted in 2023-24 or eligible backlog students; 75% attendance in theory, 80% in practical/clinical, minimum 50% internal marks.
• Passing Criteria:
  • At least 40% in aggregate (both papers if applicable) for each subject.
  • 50% overall, with 60:40 min split in university exams between theory and practical (or 40:60), must pass theory and practical separately.

  • Backlists: Rs 1,000 per subject.

  • Processing Fee: Rs 350 (not for backlog students).
• Payment Dates:
  • Without fine: ~14.07.2025 – 20.07.2025 (Second MBBS), 14.08.2025 – 20.08.2025 (First MBBS)
  • Fines are levied progressively for late payments.
• Digital Valuation:
  • Only one answer booklet (with barcode); no extra sheets allowed.
  • Answers must be completed in the provided booklet.
