KNOW ABOUT TS- ICET EXAMINATION - 2016:
ICET stands for Integrated Common Entrance Test. ICET is the Common Entrance Examination for admissions to full time and part-time and evening and distance mode into Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) courses of all the universities in the Telangana and their affiliated colleges.
Telangana ICET exam is being conducted by the Kakatiya University, which is located in Warangal on behalf of Telangana state council of higher education.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR TSICET:
1. The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local Status requirements.
2. FOR MBA: the candidate should have passed identified bachelors degree examination of minimum 3 years duration with 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in qualifying examination
3. FOR MCA: the candidate should have passed identified bachelors degree examination of minimum 3 years duration with 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in qualifying examination with mathematics at 10 + 2 level.
4. If Degree qualified in distance mode program should have recognition by joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.
5. Admission into any college depends on its Recognition/Affiliation by the Statutory Bodies. 6. TSICET qualifying marks is 25% & no minimum marks are prescribed for SC / ST candidates.
TELANGANA ICET EXAM PATTERN:
The test is build to degree (measure) of the candidate`s ability to think, to use the mathematical, verbal, commutative skills and to ability for Admission into MBA / MCA course. This is an objective type test & the questions are of multiple choice. Out of the given options, the candidate has to choose the correct answer. If the candidate gives multiple answers to any question, such answer will be ignored. Duration of the test is 2.5hours and the timings of Test are 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

The Telangana ICET has started from the year 2015 onwards. Register for TG ICET-2015 entrance exam using application available at www.tsicet.org before April. Visit www.tsicet.org then Click on the “APPLY ONLINE” mode.

On successful submission of the application form, candidate will receive information about registration number through mobile phone or E - mail id. Further, candidate “Filled in online application form” containing all the details uploaded. Candidate can note down the application id or registration number or password and also take a print out for future use.
FEE DETAILS FOR ICET IN TELANGANA:
TSICET application form is available from March. The online application fee is Rs.250/-. Fees paid through the TS/AP Online Centres/Citizen Service Centres and E-Seva Centres in T.S. & A.P. and also through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card).
If there will be delays in your submissions, and then makes your submission with fine amount, which is started from five hundred to ten thousand.
TS ICET HALL TICKETS / ADMIT CARD:
TSCHE Kakatiya University and uploaded their Telangana TS ICET Admit card /Hall ticket its official website.All applied candidates can upload their hall tickets on or before the date of the examination. Hall tickets are very important for each review. This Admit card contains information on the name of the examination, the date of the exam, the test center, the time of the examination hall ticket number, the name of the candidate, the candidate’s address, digital photograph uploaded and the signature of the candidate and instructions to pass the exam, etc. without TS ICET Hall ticket will not give permission to enter the examination room to take the exam. Candidates can upload their Telangana ICET Hall ticket registration entering the number and date of birth, etc. through the online mode.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD TS ICET ADMIT CARD 2015:
- Open the site tsicet.org.
- From the home page, click the link Telangana TS ICET Admit Card.
- Now you must complete your registration number to download your admit card.
- Now you will see your admit card on your screen.
- Save and take an impression for help in reviewing.

TS - ICET WEB COUNSELING FEE:
- General candidates need to pay the web counselling fee as Rs.800/-.
- SC/ST candidates need to pay the web counselling fee as Rs.400/-.

- Candidates must attend for ECET Counselling rank wise. This will be announced by ICET from time to time.

- You can enter web options from any Internet café or Help Line Centre or from Residence on any day.

EXPECTED RESULTS OF TS – ICET FOR THE YEAR 2016:
