Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (First class or equivalent grade) from a recognized University/ Institute with a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, out of which at least 5 years should be in the Pay Level-10 (pre-revised PB-3+GP Rs. 5400/-) or equivalent in CPWD / State PWD or similar organized services / Semi-Government / PSU / statutory or Autonomous Body / Universities / reputed organizations under Central / State Government.
