About National Atmospheric Research Laboratory:
National Atmospheric Research Laboratory (NARL) was established in the year 1992. NARL is a Research Institute funded by the Department of Space. NARL is engaged in fundamental and applied research in the field of Atmospheric Sciences. Over the years many other facilities such as Mie/Rayleigh Lidar, Lower atmospheric wind profiler, optical rain gauge, disdrometer, automated weather stations etc. have been added.

Educational Qualification:
Doctorate (Ph.D) in the field of Atmospheric Science/Meteorology/Space Science with First Class in M.Sc in the field of Physics/Atmospheric Science/Meteorology/Space Science/Mathematics or Equivalent Subject.
