About National Biodiversity Authority:
The National Biodiversity Authority (NBA) was established in the year 2003, it`s an autonomous body function for Government of India on issues of Conservation, Sustainable use of Biological Resources & use of its Components and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of utilization of biological resources.

Educational Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Life Sciences (Botany/Zoology/Microbiology /Agriculture) or a Degree in Bio-Engineering/Bio-Technology or equivalent in the relevant field/subject. Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D in the relevant field.
