About Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education:
Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) was established in the year 1974. It is located in Mumbai. HBCSE is a National Centre of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai. The goals of the Centre are to promote equity and excellence in science and mathematics education from primary school to undergraduate college level. It carries out - Research and Development, Teacher Orientation and Science Popularisation, and Olympiads and other Students` Nurture Programmes.It carries out Olympiad programmes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Astronomy. Another major program of the centre is the National Initiative on Undergraduate Science (NIUS).

Educational Qualification:
The Candidate should have B.Sc. degree in Biological Sciences with at least 60% marks Or equivalent CGPA and one year post qualification experience in relevant field OR M.Sc. degree in Biological Sciences with at least 60% marks Or equivalent CGPA. Candidate should have basic knowledge of Word processing, Spreadsheets and Presentation.
