Educational Qualification:
MSW with Knowledge of computer applications, Secretarial experience Candidate should have: 1.Excellent communication and training skills. 2.Ability to simplify and train people from the rural backgrounds with little schooling. 3.Command over either Hindi/Assamese/Odia is preferred.
