Central Glass And Ceramic Research Institute Jobs - Central Glass and Ceramic Research institute (CGCRI) was inaugurated in 1950. CGCRI develops various types of optical glasses. It also works on the introduction of modern techniques in glass and ceramic, basic studies on the generation of colour in glasses, evaluation of different minerals of the country such as clay and mica for their suitability for specific uses, development of high-temperature combustion boats etc.

Educational Qualification:
 
For PA-II M.Sc. in Physics/Photonics at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/DGPA Or BE/B.Tech in in Opto-Electronics/Electronics/Radio Physics/Applied Optics & Photonics/Laser Technology or equivalent with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/DGPA Preference will be given to those candidates having 1st Class Degree. For PA-III M.Sc in Pyysics/Photonics at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/DGPA with 2 years of experience Or BE/B.Tech in in Opto-Electronics/Electronics/Radio Physics/Applied Optics & Photonics/Laser Technology or equivalent with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/DGPA with 2 years of research experience. Or ME/M.Tech in Opto-Electronics/Electronics/Radio Physics/Applied Optics & Photonics/Laser Technology or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/DGPA Preference will be given to those candidates having 1st Class Degree.

Interested candidates are requested to attend the above Walk-in-Interview along with Application Form & Bio-Data in the prescribed format as furnished herein-under, duly TYPED (not hand-written) enclosing self attested copies of each supporting documents/certificates. Separate Application is required, if applied for more than one position(s)/Advt. No(s). The original certificates should also be brought with him/her at the time of interview for verification. The candidates should carry copies of their project thesis with them, if any. The candidates should report at least one hour before the scheduled time of interview for verification of documents. Deviation from it may lead to administrative complications. Incomplete applications without prescribed format and supporting documents will be summarily rejected.
