About Netarhat Vidyalaya:
The Government of Bihar conceived and resolved to set-up a Model institution where every facility for the education could be made available to the selected meritorious and talented students between the ages of 10 and 18 years belonging to the Weaker-sections and hailing from the rural areas. With the view, the Bihar Legislative Assembly, in 1951, appointed a Committee under the Chairmanship of Sri. F. G. Pearce, the Principal of Rishi Valley School.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate Honours with at least 50% marks and Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in relevant subject from a University recognized by U.G.C. B.Ed. from any institution recognized by NCTE. OR Degree in teaching from the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, Hyderabad for English Teacher. OR 2 years integrated M.Sc Ed. in relevant subject from regional college of Education, NCERT for Science teacher in Physics / Electronics/Chemistry/Biology(Zoology/Botany) /Mathematics/ Statistics/Agriculture. OR 3 years teaching experience of senior secondary / plus two residential School provided he/she gets a degree in education from an institute recognized by NCTE within a period of three years from the date of his/her joining the School. OR Graduate Honours with at least 50% marks and Master degree with at least 60% marks in relevant subject provided he/she gets a degree in Education from an institution recognized by NCTE within a period of three years from the date of his/her joining the School. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi & English.

Applications, neatly typed on the A-4 size on the prescribed Performa duly supported with the certified / self-attested copies of certificate and complete in all respects giving specific information in reference to the eligibility conditions, should reach the office of The Principal, Netarhat Residential School, P.O. - Netarhat, Via - Gumla, Dist - Latehar (Jharkhand) - 835218 by Speed Post on or before 23.09.2017 till 5 p.m. Please Write down the Name of the post applied for on the top of your envelope. A self-address envelope duly stamped with Rs. 40 should be sent with the application form. Incomplete applications or those received after 23.09.2017 will not be entertained. The candidates who are already in service should apply through proper channel.
