About Mizoram University:
Mizoram University was established as a Central University by an Act of Parliament on 25th April 2000 and started functioning from 2nd July 2001.Prior to this, the University inherited from North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) had functioned as Mizoram Campus for 24 year since 1979.

Educational Qualification:
Post Graduation in Public Administration with minimum of 55% marks (relaxation to SC/ST as per UGC Rules) ; good academic records ; and preferably UGC-NET qualification.
