Eligibility Criteria For ISM Recruitment :
Educational Qualification :
For Librarian : Master degree in Library Science/Information Science with at least 55% or its equivalent grade where grading system is practiced, with a consistently good academic record. 13 years of experience in Library Management as a Deputy Librarian in a University Library or 18 years as College Librarian.
For Assistant Librarian : Master Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library. 7 years experience.
For Security Assistant : Graduation Degree.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : (as on 10.02.2016)
For Librarian : 50 years
For Assistant Librarian & Security Assistant : 35 years

Candidates belonging to General/ OBC have to pay Rs. 500/- through demand draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Indian School of Mine. SC/ST candidates are exempted from the payment of fee.
