Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification :
SSC + ITI with NAC or equivalent
Melters: Minimum of 5years relevant post qualification experience. Experience on minimum 20 Ton or above capacity Electric Arc Furnace, Ladle Furnace & VD/VOD Furnace in a reputed Steel Plant is required. Experience on EBT type of Electric Arc Furnace or combined VD/VOD furnace is preferred.
Ladlemen: Minimum of 5years relevant post qualification experience. Experience on minimum 20 Ton or above capacity Ladle operation & maintenance in a reputed Steel Plant is required. Should be conversant with Slide gate & Argon purging system preparation & operation.

Age Limit : 40 years
