Busy lives, Polluted Air, Water, Food, Pressurfull work that gradually decreasing our life span and damaging our thoughts lets break all this with healthy habits.. Just choose them

Having a healthy balanced diet means more than getting your daily vitamins and exercise. Did you know that the .milk % in most food groups today is under 6 percent? And that`s just for processed foods. You need to have an equal share of spiritual nourishment, in order to maintain a truly healthy lifestyle. Living off raw foods and vegetables will start to feel draining, unless you truly alter your own beliefs.
Being available to your friends through community empowerment programs is simply not enough. We need to be proactive, not reactive. Hunger for certain foods is not healthy, because it takes us away from the place that empowers us the most. The .milk of our own awakening fills us with such gratitude for life, that each of us couldn`t imagine living without beauty.

When we get so busy and distracted from life, that beauty can no longer be felt which breaks our holistic balance. Everything has a purpose, from a rose to a divine painting that is etched with winsor pilates and beautiful embroideries. It takes a certain amount of emotional connection to these energy fields, so that we may actually breath in that experience of life.

As we do our ab exercises with ball or simply breathe in the experience of life through yoga, it is vital that we appreciate all that life has given us. Through this, a new design takes shape which is beyond our wildest dreams. You need to be open to the nature of beautys design to feel health wellness at home.
