Green Tea and its proven benefits

Green tea has always been in the top list of people who want to take good care of their body mind and soul. Green tea has proven benefits all across the world and researchers have shown that it has given lives to those who lost the chances of living. green tea not only adds to your drinking as a good habit but it also gives you all the possible advantages related to it.
