Thinking about Resign to your job, Noe satisfied with your work, salary and dont kknow how to submit your cause to resign. RTead it This may help you

Everyone faces a time in their life where their job is not what it used to be or perhaps it never was. And then you finally decide to leave. You need to understand that staying happy in a job is more important than your income. But if you still do not want to change your mind, then here are some suggestions how to go about it.

If you have thought of just walking out of your job, nothing can be a bigger mistake than that. Walking out is not the solution tie up loose ends first. When you have an issue with a colleague or your boss, do you just walk out or do you first try to resolve the issue? So, similarly before you plan to quit, make sure you finish all your incomplete work. Do not expect your team to give your incomplete assignments a finishing touch. You will let them down. Ideally you should make it as easy as possible for someone to take over your work.

Nobody likes to be left in the stumble, no matter what you think of your boss or your colleagues. Remember, they are just doing their job. Give a notice. Every company expects you to give a one month notice period before you leave and you should stick to that. In a lot of cases, your employer my not want you to work throughout your notice period, but make sure you are still paid for it.

Resigning from a job can be very stressful but remember resignation should always be made in a professional and dignified manner. Though resignation officially means the end of your service with your employer, you never know when your paths might cross again in the future. Here’s a list of things to keep in mind when resigning from your job.

Handover your resignation letter in person and make sure you hand over the resignation letter to your boss yourself. Plan a small meeting with your boss and discuss the necessity.

Follow the notice period when submitting resignation letter to make sure boss has enough notice usually 2 to 4 weeks. Also consult company’s policy in case you are expected to give a longer notice period. While serving notice period don’t shirk off work just because you’ll be gone in a couple of days, Stay up to date on work and finish all pending assignments.

Telling your boss, this can be the hardest part of leaving a job for most people and for many the response of their boss can be just as hard. Whether they say, “okay then bye” or “No, Come on, you can not just leave like that”, it is going to be an uncomfortable situation. Moreover, your boss will surely question you about why are you quitting? So, you better be prepared to discuss your reasons for leaving your job. But then please don’t expect your boss to offer you a better pay package. In most cases, if you quit, you just quit. Threatening to leave is not the way for you to get a pay rise.

Most jobs require a reference from your previous employer and if you can not offer one, it will be a little difficult for you to get a new job. So you better be good because most people will be moving onto another job in the same industry. As years pass by you will find out exactly how small the world is. The person you never got along with in the previous firm, you might end up working with or under the same person in your next job. So make sure you have good relations with all your co-workers. Because if they are asked for a feedback and they say that you are not reliable and trustworthy, then you obviously have no chance of getting a job in that firm. You better be good throughout your jobs meaning relations as well as performance.

Going for a new job can be an opportunity that can change your life. Just make sure you do not mess it up by saying the wrong thing. You don’t know who your boss knows in the industry. You may have no idea about how much influence they have. So no matter what, just speak the truth and be yourself. If you deserve the job you will surely get it.

This wasn’t an easy decision, because I am grateful for the rewarding employment I’ve had with Company Name. But after long hours of consideration, my decision is now final and I have accepted a position with another company for better prospects.

I made this decision, not because I’m unhappy with the opportunities you’ve presented, but as a strategic career move. Again, it has been a pleasurable learning experience while working as a part of Department Name team.

I request you to release me from the duties with immediate effect.

Yours Sincerely,
