The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) is preparing to reschedule the annual Intermediate exams, planning to start them in the last week of February 2026 instead of March.
This move aims to give students more preparation time for national-level entrance exams such as JEE and NEET. The proposal has already been sent to the government for approval.
According to reliable sources, two different draft timetables have been prepared — one starting on February 23 and another on February 25, 2026. The final schedule will be released once Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who also holds the Education portfolio, gives his approval.
