The qualified candidates for the post of Agriculture Extension Officers Grade-II in Department of Agricultural Subordinate Service vide Notification No. 19/2015, CBRT examination held on 13/03/2016 is hereby directed to attend on 26/08/2016 at 9.00 AM in the 0/o TSPSC, Prathibha Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad and produce the following original documents along with two sets of Photo-stat copies attested by a Gazetted Officer along with two sets of Basic information data (Check-list) and attestation forms for verification of certificates without fail. Extension of time for producing certificates will not be entertained.

01	Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent)
02	Proof of age relaxation in case of Telangana State Government Servant (Regular Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Telangana State / NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate
03	Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./ R.D.0).
04	Creamy layer / Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC-A,B,C,D & E'
05	PH Certificates for PH persons only (OH,HH & VH)
06	School Study Certificate from IV to X Class if studied in School; OR Residence Certificate issued by the MRO in case of Private study seven years including and prior to SSC.
07	Original Qualification Certificates.
08	Hall Ticket of the Examination held on 13/03/2016.
09	Two latest Passport Size photographs.
10	Basic information data (2 copies) in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate ( download from the Commission's website)
11	Attestation Forms in duplicate (2 copies) duly filled in by the candidate and duly attested by any Gazetted Officer. (Download from the Commission's website).

He / She is further informed that, failure to comply with the above directions may lead to cancellation of his / her candidature.
