Smt.P. Sabita Indra Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Education will inaugurate 15 day Training program for all the lecturers of Govt.Junior Colleges on 14th July 2020,3PM through Online mode. Telangana State Commissionerate of Intermediate Education with the help of Nirmaan an NGO, in collaboration with Cognizant Technology Solutions Ltd., and Adobe Systems India Private Limited, is organizing “Digital Disha”, a 15 day online training program for all Government and Aided Junior college lecturers (regular& Contract) to improve their skills indeveloping and delivering high-quality Online course material and classes using digital tools such as different software, graphics, animations, assignments, etc. The training will be provided Free of cost.
About 5300 lecturers of Govt.Junior colleges organized into 12 batches will participate in the program that will consist of six hours of online training over 2 days in
(i) Digital Teaching Methods (ii) Digital Content development tools using Adobe Creative Cloud. The participating lecturers will subsequently work on projects assigned to them and submit those projects on the 12th day, after being reviewed by Cognizant, group wise Graduation Day will be held on the 15th day. The program will commence from 14th July 2020.
