The Second phase of counseling will be held on 20/08/2016 for the following vacancies

All the Candidates who have applied and also not applied earlier are also eligible to attend for the counseling.

Instructions to the candidates

The candidates are informed to appear before the selection committee on 20/08/2016 at 8.30 am at Sri Padmavathi Auditorium, OPD Block, SHIMS for counseling in connection with admission for the academic year 2016-17.

While attending the counseling, the candidate has to submit the following original certificates to the verification committee.

For M.Sc (N), M.Sc & PG Diploma Courses :

1. S.S.C. Marks certificate.

2. B.Sc (N) Degree marks certificate of I to IV years

3. Degree provisional / original certificate.

4. Internship certificate (Far MPT candidates)

5. GNM certificate & Post basic B.Sc. (N) certificate (those who studied 2 yr. degree course B.Sc. (N)).

6. Nursing council registration certificate.

7. Transfer certificate.

8. Migration certificate.

9. Experience certificate

10. No objection certificate (NOC) from the Regional Director/Commissioner APVVP as the case may be, for the candidates working in government service.

11. The employees who are in Government service have to bring No objection certificate" from the competent authority to claim the seat under Govt. service category.

12. Recently obtained permanent caste certificate in case of BC/SC/ST categories.

13. Study certificate from Class IX to degree.

14. Residence certificate (Those students who have studied outside the State of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana only have to furnish the certificate for a period of 10 years prior to the qualifying examination that they have resided in the State).

15. The children / employees of TTD/SVIMS have to produce service certificate of the parent from the competent authority by including the name of the child and ID card of the employee.
