Sub: Rayalaseema University - Ph.D/M.Phi I Part Time / Extramural Research
Programmes- Pre- Ph.D., Written Examination, November, 2016— Reg.

With reference to the above, I am by direction to inform that M.Phil., / Ph.D., written examinations are scheduled tentatively in the II / Ill week of November, 2016 in the University Campus. In this connection the following points are to be noted by the Research Scholars:

All the Research Scholars who were admitted before 11.07.2009 and the Research Scholars registered after 11.7.2009 and cleared NET/SET/SLET or possessing M.Tech / M.Pharm degree before their date of registration and paid the Research fee in response to the previous University circulars and did not clearS M.Phil / Ph.D written examination so far are eligible for appearing this session of examination.

The Research Scholars who are eligible as per the above, and wish to appear for the scheduled examination have to submit the following in the Office of the Director, Research Studies, Rayalaseema University, Kurnool —518 007, Andhra Pradesh on or before 30.9.2016.

(i) Filled in examination application form along with an examination fee of Rs 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) (Rs 5000/- for NRI Research Scholars) through DD in favour of Registrar, Rayalaseema University payable at Kurnool.

(ii) The following preforms duly signed by the research scholar and approved research guide

a) Proforma C Syllabus for Paper - I I (Research Topic)

b) Proforma D Model Question Paper

c) Proforma E Research Proposals

The Research Scholars who are eligible as per the point no. 1, and applied for the previous session of Pre — Ph.D written examinations which were scheduled to be held _{on 7}th & ₈th of May m 2011 and postponed due to Government orders are exempted from payment of examination fee, however they have to apply for the examination in the prescribed format along with all other proformas once again.
