The qualified candidates of PGLCET-2009 examination are informed to attend the
counseling for admission into LLM/ML courses for the academic year 2009-2010 as per the schedule
given below only at the following counseling centre.
HYDERABAD : PGRR Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University Campus,
Hyderabad.
Candidates shall produce all certificates in ORIGINAL viz. (1) PGLCET-2009 Rank
Card and Hall Ticket. (2) LL.B/B.L. certificate (3) Memorandum of Marks of L.L.B/B.L (4) Certificate
of Degree or its equivalent (5) Memorandum of Marks SSC or its equivalent (6) Study Certificate from
Intermediate /10+2 to Law Graduation (7) Residential Certificate for preceeding 7 years of the
qualifying examination i.e. LL.B in respect of candidates who had private study/Correspondence/
Distance Education in 10+2 and Graduation without any institutionalized education (8) Integrated
Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC candidates (9) Residence
certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P.excluding the period of their
employment outside A.P. from Tashilar in case of Non –local candidates (10) Transfer certificate,
and (11) Three sets of Xerox copies of all certificates and Four recent passport size
photographs.

SC/ST/BC/PH/Minority Candidates are exempted from paying tuition fee if their parental income from all sources is up to Rs.1,00,000/- per annum. The income certificates issued by Tahsidar after 1-1-2009 will alone be accepted. In addition to the income certificates, candidates have to submit the salary certificate of their parents who are employed. Fee shall be remitted in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “the convener, PGLCET-2009 Admissions” payable at Hyderabad or in cash at the Bank counters available at the venue. Fee shall be paid in full at the time of counseling and no part payment will be accepted. Candidates are informed that they should satisfy the admission rules prescribed by the respective universities relevant G.O.s and should be prepared to pay the Tuition Fees applicable.

The candidates belonging to NCC/Sports & Games/PH/CAP categories are informed to attend for verification and counseling at PGGR Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University Campus, Hyderabad at 9.00 am on 12/08/2009.
Note :
1. As per G.O.Ms.No.550, allotment for Open and Reservation Categories will be made on the same day. The Reservation Category students can take admission under open Category followed by Reservation Category on the same day.
2. The Remaining/ unfilled seats will go to open category after conversion of seats.
3. *All means OC/BC-A/BC-B/BC-C/BC-D/BC-E/SC/ST/Minority categories to consider them for open category seats as well as category seats under G.O.Ms.No.550.
4. This notification itself is a Call for Counseling. No separate call Letters are sent to the individual candidates. Candidates may have to stay a day extra if necessary.
5. The selection and admission of candidates under BC-E category is subject to the orders of Hon’ble High Court of A.P./Supreme Court of India.
6.The details of the seats available in various colleges will be notified at the time of counseling and also on the website http://www.svuniversity.in or http://www.apsche.ac.in
