It is hereby notified that the P.G. Diploma in Health Care Courses of 2-Semester (1-year) duration in Operation Theatre Technology, Cardiac Anesthesia Technology; Medical Research Assistant, Cath Lab Technology, Cardiac Medical Lab Technology, Perfusion Technology, Cardiac Pulmonaiy Physiotheraphy, Echo Cardiograph

Sonography 1 & II-Semester (Backlog - 2013-2014 Batch only) Examinations are scheduled to be held in the Month of September, 2016.

Further, it is informed that the candidates of P.G. Diploma in Health Care Courses who were admitted during the Academic Year 2013-2014 (One Year Course) will have to PAY RS.10001- for each backlog paper in addition to normal examination fee as per the University letter No.81/M1503/Acad/04. ALL THE BACKLOG CANDIDATES OF THE ABOVE ACADEMIC YEARS. ARE ALLOWED TO WRITE THEM BACKLOG PAPERS AS PER EXISTING SYLLABUS AND ALSO ADVISED TO CONTACT THE CHAIRMAN, B.O.S. CONCERNED. IT IS MANDATORY.

This is the last chance for appearing for the backlog examinations who were admitted during the Academic Year 2013-2014 (i.e. 13 Batch with college code) respectively.

Following is the schedule for payment of Examination fee and submission of Examination Application Forms.

a) Last date for payment of examination fee without Thursday

Late fee and submission of Examination forms at 11.08.2016
the respective College.

b) Last date for payment of examination fee with a ^4rdi Friday'

late fee of Rs.200/- and submission of examination 19.08.2016
Application forms at the respective College.

Fee once paid cannot be refunded or adjusted. FEE PARTICULARS

i) Fee for all Papers Rs.2060/- Rs.60/- = Rs.2120

) Tip to Two Papers Rs.1035/- Rs.60/- = Rs.1095

The PrinCipal is requested to forward al the Examination forms duly certified on or before 22.08.2016 without fail. Forms received after 22.08.2016 will be levied penal fees of Rs.1000/- per day.
