All the B.P.Ed. & D.P.Ed. College principals under the jurisdiction of Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda are hereby informed that in pursuance of the notifications issued vide reference (Ref-1) cited above, the process of registering the students for the examinations of B. P. Ed. & D. P. Ed. Sem. I, II, III & IV Regular and Backlog examinations that where scheduled to be held in the month of April/May, 2020 have been kept pending due to lockdown in view of the pandemic situation of COVID-19 followed by Janata Curfew.

During this period, the UGC and the State Government through TS Council of Higher Education have conducted series of meetings through online and issued instructions to make necessary arrangements for conducting examinations in June/July, 2020 to enable the outgoing students to purse their further studies in the next academic year without loss in their career. As such, you were all requested to proceed with the pending work of online registration of the students latest by 04/06/2020 to enable the Examination Branch to make necessary arrangements for scheduling the B. P. Ed. & D. P. Ed. Sem. I, II, III & IV Regular and Backlog examinations as per the instructions of the above said authorities.

However, in view of the lockdown period extended up to 31/05/2020 by the Central Government besides relaxing the movement of public and functioning of the Government offices by following preventive measures, the examination fee last date for students is extended till 04.06.2020 and submission of NRs, online ICR forms along with the payment of examination fee through online FOR COLLEGES is extended to 06/06/2020.

Further, in view of the present pandemic situation, the submission of hardcopies of printed EAFs, Nominal Rolls, Fee Abstract and Fee Payment at Examination Branch are not required; however, the saved pdf files of the above mentioned documents shall be emailed to exambranchsuperintendent@gmail.com as attachment with College Code in Subject line and

covering letter in the body of the email. Failing to send an email will be treated as non- submission of examination forms.

The college principals are requested to intimate the students regarding the above information and cooperate with the University.
