APSCHE :: HYDERABAD EAMCET-2008 ADMISSIONS NOTIFICATION FOR WEB COUNSELLING

Change your College or Courses through WEB Counselling:

During the earlier counseling held from 16-07-08, candidates who have taken admission are given allotment order and a scratch cared. Candidates who wish to change their allotment to some other colleges or courses can exercise their options on web http://eamcet.dte.gov.in or http://eamcet.apsche.ac.in . All the candidates who are exercising options through web are informed to follow the instructions as given under.

Note:

1. Candidates, who are satisfied with the previous allotment, need not exercise any option on the web.

2. The options can be exercised any day between 24-08-2008 and 04-09-2008. Candidates need not rush to the Internet centers for exercising options as the allotments will be made only after cut off date i.e., 04-09-2008 but not on the basis of first come first served.

3. The detailed instructions for entering the options will be available on the websites from 24-08-2008 on wards.

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING OPTIONS:

1. Visit website http://eamcet.dte.gov.in or http://eamcet.apsche.ac.in. It consists of various details about colleges, courses etc. Click on options for giving options. Read the instructions on the web with regard to entering options carefully.

2. Candidates can give option from any internet facility either form home or internet café or notified help line centers. For list of help line centers visit above websites.

3. Candidates are advised to take printout college course combination from the web and work out options leisurely and enter options

4.Candidates need to create an Email ID before exercising options

5.Candidates can give a maximum of 200 options.

6.Candidates can change their options for maximum of 10 times before the last date fixed for exercising options

7.Options recorded as at 05.00 PM on 04-09-2008 and candidate need to accept the allotment made and no change will be permitted under any circumstances, once the allotment is done. Candidates can download the allotment from the Website: http://eamcet.dte.gov.in or http://eamcet.apsche.ac.in

Caution:-

Strictly maintain secrecy of the password given on scratch card in your own interest and convener is not responsible for the misuse of the password.
In the case, the scratch card is lost; duplicate can be taken on or before 23-08-2008 on payment of Rs.200/- form the counseling centre where the candidate has attended the previous counseling.

FOR KIND ATTENTION OF THE CANDIDATES

It is informed that the candidates who have not taken admission earlier and whose ranks mentioned below are informed to collect the scratch cared form any one of the counseling center if they are interested to take provisional allotment through web based counseling.

All such candidates shall have to deposit tuition fee, original certificates and counseling fee and collect the scratch card. However, candidates eligible for tuition fee exemption have to deposit Income Certificate also. If the candidate is not allotted a seat as per the options exercised by him / her, the tuition fee and certificates will be returned to the candidates on any day after 08-09-2008. For the details of fee to be paid, refer our earlier notification.

ATTENTION OF BC-E CATEGORY CANDIDATES &
PENDING CASES

All BC-E category candidates who were provisionally allotted a seat are informed to deposit their original certificates, fee and collect the scratch card from the counseling.

Similarly all other candidates whose cases are kept pending for want of caste clearance or for any other reason are informed to get their cases cleared by producing the relevant certificates and collect scratch card.

The Schedule for Centralized Spot Admissions will be intimated later.
