Dr.NTR University of Health Science MD Ayurveda 2016 Online Entrance Test Notification

Application forms through online are hereby invited from the eligible candidates to appear for Entrance Test for admission into M.D. (Ayurveda) courses for the academic year 2016-17 in Colleges located in Andhra Pradesh State affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada and in Colleges located in Telangana State affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal.

1.	The eligible candidate who desires to appear for Common Entrance Test for admission into M.D. (Ayurveda) Courses shall apply through online on the Website http://drntruhs.org from 17.09.2016 to 27.09.2016 upto 5.00 PM only. The online application can be filled through any computer with internet connection (home/internet café/net center).
2.	ELIGIBILITY: 1. The PG Courses leading to Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda are open to the holders of BAMS Degree of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences and holders of Degree of any other University/Statutory body included in the 2nd schedule to the IMCC Act, 1970. 2. The candidate should have completed training as internee/House Officer. 3. For in-service candidates, the three years of regular service shall be calculated as on 31-07-2016. 4. Candidates who are already admitted and studying MD (Ayurveda) Course shall not be permitted to appear for M.D (Ayurveda) Entrance Test unless they discontinue the course by remitting the bond amount and the stipend taken upto that date before submitting application form and such candidates shall submit the discontinuance certificate issued by the Head of the Institution alongwith the application. 5. Candidates who are already holding a Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in a subject shall not be eligible to appear for Entrance Test for admission into another P.G. Ayurveda Course. Regarding seats of Central Government Nomination (CGN), Revised Guidelines shall be applicable as communicated by Govt. of India vide Letter F.No.R.12013/02/2014-E&C(PG) dt.17-07-2014 and the same are available on university website (http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in)
3	Registration Fee:- Rs. 3000/- + Bank charges for OC/BC & Rs. 2700/- + Bank charges for SC/ST candidates to be paid through online. For GOI Nominee candidates - Rs.3000 + Bank charges
4	Verification Fee: In addition to the above, the candidates who studied BAMS course outside the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana are required to pay Rs.3000/- towards Degree Verification fee.
5	Procedure for Submission of filled-in Online Application form:-The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in online application form along with the copies of required certificates attested by Gazetted Officer either by post or in person on or before 01.10.2016 by 5.00 PM to: The Convener, Post Graduate Admissions Committee (PG AYUSH), Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada – 520 008. . The candidate should clearly superscribe on the cover containing application form as “Application for MD (Ayurveda), Entrance Test -2016”.
5	Note: 1. Application forms received without copies of the required Certificates, Scanned Photo, pass port size photo with attestation of Gazetted officer, without signature at declaration area incomplete applications, applications received after last date and time and applications of ineligible candidates will stand automatically rejected. 2. The University holds no responsibility for Postal delays / Loss in Transit.
6	Downloading of Hall Tickets: The candidates shall download the Hall-tickets from the website: http://drntruhs.org from 10.00 AM onwards on 06.10.2016 for MD (Ayurveda) courses by entering his / her Application Number as Login ID and Date of Birth (ddmmyyyy) as password).

Entrance Test Center:-

Test Centre will be at Vijayawada only. The Hall Ticket will contain date, time and the Name of the allotted Test center.

Date and Time of Entrance Test:

MD (Ayurveda) Entrance Test will be held on 08.10.2016 (Saturday) from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM. Candidate has to report at 09.00 AM sharp at the Entrance Test centre.

In respect of Central Govt. Nominations to MD (Ayurveda) Courses, the admissions will be done in accordance with Revised Guidelines issued vide Govt. of India Lr.F.No.R12013/02/2014-E&C(PG), dt:17.7.2014 of the Dy. Secretary, MH&FW, Dept of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONGWITH APPLICATION FORM:

1. Attested Xerox copies of all marks statements of UG Degree from 1^st year to Final year.

2. Attested copy of Medical Registration from the respective State Medical Council.

3. Attested copy of the Compulsory rotating internship certificate mentioning date of completion of internship.

4. Attested copy of Provisional or Original Degree certificate.

5. The candidate shall enclose Study certificate of the Principal of the college where he / she completed the U.G. Degree Course.

6. Study / Bonafide Certificate from 6^th class to Intermediate in respect of candidates studied BUMS at Govt. Nizamia Tibbi College, Hyderabad.

7. If the applicant is studied in two places, they should submit 6^thclass to Intermediate / 12^th Standard and U.G. Degree course study certificate for deciding local area of the applicant.

8. If applicant has not studied UG Degree course in the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, he / she shall submit the relevant certificate as per G.O.P. 646 and Presidential Order (Domicile Certificate etc.. from the respective State Competent Authorities).

9. Attested copy of latest social status certificate (permanent caste certificate), if applicable.

10. Certificate of Service particulars in case of in-service candidates issued by concerned Director.

11. Discontinuance certificates issued by the concerned Principal, if he/she is PG student.
