NOTIFICATION FOR FOURTH phase of Web options for filling up of the seats into THE AFFILIATED MEDICAL AND DENTAL COLLEGES IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE YEAR 2016-17

In continuation of earlier Notification dated 26.09.2016, the University proposes to Fourth phase of web options for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses on 30.09.2016 from 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM in anticipation of vacancies that may arise after third phase of web options due to not joining in Medical and Dental colleges of AU and SVU areas as the closure of admissions for the year 2016-17 is 30.09.2016 for local seats.

The candidates who got their original certificates verified in the first and final phase of verification of certificates are only eligible to exercise their options.

Candidates are advised to make sure about their choice of seat while exercising their option, so that seats will not be wasted and other students will get opportunity.

Note:-

1) The candidates can exercise web options through http://medadm.apsche.ac.in

2) The selected candidates shall submit all original certificates and pay the University fee by gateway method and college fee (as detailed in the earlier notification dated 30.07.2016).

3) The University fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

4) CANCELLATION FEE : Rs.1,00,000/- towards cancellation fee is to be paid from the date of 29.09.2016 for cancellation of admission by the candidates who are provisionally selected into MBBS/BDS courses in the third Web Option (Web based) counseling  for the academic year 2016-17. They will also forfeit the University fee and tuition fee which was paid through payment Gateway by using Online payment method at the time of counseling as notified earlier.
