A good Academic record with OGPA 3.00/4.00, 6.50/10.00 OR 60% marks under marks system of examination in the respective discipline at M.Sc.(Ag.)/M.Sc.* Level. (* Only M.Sc. Forestry and & M.Sc. Bio-technology for Forestry & Biotechnology respectively).
2. Faculty of Dairy Technology :
A good Academic record with OGPA 3.00/4.00, 6.50/10.00 OR 60% marks under marks system of examination in M.Tech. (Dairy Technology), M.Tech. (Dairy Engineering) M.Sc./M.Tech. Dairying (Dairy Technology/Engineering), M.Sc. (Food Science)/ M.Sc. Food Technology, M.Sc. (Food Sci. & Tech.), M.Sc./M.Sc. Agri. (Dairy Science), M.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) in Agricultural Process Engineering, M.Sc. (Dairy Science)/M.Sc. Agri (AH&D) with specialization in Dairy Science, M.V.Sc. Biotechnology/Animal Biotechnology with specialization in Dairy Food Processing.
3. Faculty of Agricultural Engineering :
A good Academic record with OGPA 3.00/4.00, 6.50/10.00 OR 60% marks under marks system of examination in Agril./Mechanical Engineering with specialization inFarm Machinery & Power/relevant subject at M.Tech./M.E. level for Ph.D. admission in Farm Machinery & Power.
A good Academic record with OGPA 3.00/4.00, 6.50/10.00 OR 60% marks under marks system of examination in Agril./Civil Engineering with specialization in soil water engineering! water resources / hydrology/ irrigation and drainage at M.Tech./M.E. level for admission in Ph.D. in Soil & Water Engineering.
4. Faculty of Veterinary Science :
A good Academic record with OGPA 3.00/4.00, 6.50/10.00 OR 60% marks under marks system of examination in the relevant discipline at M.V.Sc. level.
5. M.V.Sc. (Faculty of Veterinary Science
B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree under 10+2+5 system from a recognized University & good academic record with 6.00 OGPA in 10 point scale or 55% in marks system of examination or equivalent grade.
Application procedure : The prescribed application forms along with details can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Krishak Nagar, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidate of C.G. State), for M.V.Sc Programme Rs. 150 (Rs.40/- in case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidate of C.G. State) by sending attested copy of the caste certificate issued by the competent Authority in shape of crossed Demand Draft in favour of "Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur (C.G.)" Payable at Raipur alongwith self addressed envelope (12 cm x 21 cm) affixed with postal stamps of Rs. 20/- . OR
may download the application form from university website www.igau.edu.in and send to the Registrar, IGKV, Raipur 492006 alongwith prescribed fee as the case may be.
Application form duly completed in all respect for faculty of Agriculture, Dairy Technology and Agril. Engineering should reach the Registrar, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Krishak Nagar, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) 492006 either by post or in person on or before 23.01.2010 and candidates possessing minimum admission requirement should attend CET on 29.01.2010 at 11.00 amin College of Agriculture, Raipur.
