After completion of admission there are a few seats vacant in (22) new Govt. Polytechnics. Further, in respect of (9) other new Govt. Polytechnics sanctioned recently, admissions are scheduled on 23.9.08 and there might be still a few vacancies in there Polytechnics. For all the left-over vacancies in (31) New Govt. Polytechnics as on Dt.23.9.08. spot Admissions will be conducted on Dt.26.9.2008. Therefore, applications are invited from interested candidates. Last date for receipt of applications at the respective (31) New Govt. Polytechnics is 24.9.2008

Who can apply:

(1) Candidates passed S.S.C or its equivalent is one attempt or compartmentally

(2) The candidates should not have taken admission in any existing Polytechnic so far.

(3) Preference will be given to candidates qualified in CEEP- 2008. For left-over seats if any, Candidates passed S.S.C or its equivalent in one attempt will be considered first. If any vacancies still exist, those who passed S.S.C or its equivalent compartmentally will also be considered

The candidates shall attend counseling for the spot admissions at the Polytechnics where they have submitted the applications. They shall produce all original certificates along with tuition fee, counseling fee and registration fee at the time of Spot Admissions and allotment orders will be issued by the Principal i/c on the same day.
