Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh has issued the notification
for MD / MS entrance exam 2010. It is an all India basis entrance test conducted for admission
into the medical postgraduate MD / MS programme, offered by BHU - Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), for the ensuing session 2010.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from BHU or IMS websites: www.bhu.ac.in /
www.imsbhu.nic.in. Application form can also be obtained by post from the Office of the Director,
Institute of Medical Sciences, B.H.U. Varanasi – 221005, by sending a self addressed unstamped
envelope (24 X 30 cm) and a DD (MICR only) of Rs 100 drawn in favor of “Director, IMS, BHU”,
payable at Varanasi. Thereafter, the duly filled application form (all the four pages)
including 3 photographs and the applicable application fee must reach the office of the Director,
Institute of Medical Sciences, B.H.U. Varanasi – 221005, on or before the last date mentioned.

Envelope containing the request for the application form send by post should
be marked as “MD/MS FORM REQUEST”
