1.In the reference 3rd read above, Smt. M. Rajitha, SGT, PS, Satyasai Nagar, Kalwakurthy (M), Nagarkurnool District, has requested to sanction Medical Re- imbursement of Rs.144760/- (Rupees One Lakh, Forty Four Thousand and Sven Hundred and Sixty only ) towards treatment of herself for "Emergency LSCS" during the period from 03.09.2017 to 07.09.2017 at Fernandez Hospital, Hyderguda, Hyderabad, which is unrecognized Hospital as per DME, Hyderabad report.
2.In the reference 5th read above, the Commissioner of School Education, Hyderabad has submitted the proposal for sanction of Medical Re-imbursement to Smt. M. Rajitha, SGT, PS, Satyasai Nagar, Kalwakurthy (M), Nagarkurnool District, towards treatment of herself for "Emergency LSCS" during the period from 03.09.2017 to 07.09.2017 at Fernandez Hospital, Hyderguda, Hyderabad, since the Hospital is unrecognized by the Telanagana State , in relaxation of the rules, based on the scrutiny report furnished by the Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad, vide reference 6th read above.
3.In the reference 6th read above, the Director of Medical Education, Koti, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the medical bills and mentioned the net admissible amount of Rs.40,233/-(Rupees Forty Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty Three only ) as against total medical expenditure of Rs.94801/-.
4.In the reference 7th read above, the proposal has been referred to the Standing Committee of Officers for its recommendation.In the reference 8th read above, the Committee recommended for payment of Net Admissible amount i.e Rs.40,233/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty Three only) based on the scrutiny report of the Director of Medical Education (D.M.E), Hyderabad.
5.After careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby accord permission to the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, for sanction of Medical Re-imbursement for net admissible amount of Rs.40,233/-(Rupees Forty Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty Three only) to Smt. M. Rajitha, SGT, PS, Satyasai Nagar, Kalwakurthy (M), Nagarkurnool District, towards treatment of herself for "Emergency LSCS" during the period from 03.09.2017 to 07.09.2017 at Fernandez Hospital, Hyderguda, Hyderabad, since the Hospital is unrecognized by the Telanagana State, which is unrecognized hospital by Govt. of Telangana State, as per DME, Hyd report.
