TS Go-Number.37 Expenditure for Agriculture Tariff Subsidy & HTCC Charges for Energy Department

1.In pursuance to the BROs issued vide G.O.2nd & 4th read above, towards meeting the expenditure of Agriculture Tariff Subsidy and HTCC Charges for 1st quarter of the FY 2020-21, administrative sanctions accorded vide G.Os.3rd & 6th read above for an amount of Rs.416,66,66,000/- each in total Rs.833,33,32,000/- for the month of April, 2020. Further, vide G.O.7th read above administrative sanction accorded for an amount of Rs.833,33,32,000/- to TSTRANSCO towards meeting the expenditure for Agriculture Tariff Subsidy and HTCC Charges for the month of May, 2020, duly following monthly restrictions. The JMD, TSTRANSCO vide his letter 8th read above, requested for sanction of Rs.833.33 Crores towards Tariff subsidy & HTCC Charges for the month of June, 2020 as allotted in the Budget Estimates 2020-21.

2.In pursuance of the BROs issued vide G.O.2nd & 4th read above for an amount of Rs.1250.00 Crores each in total Rs.2500.00 Crores Scheme from the BE provision 2020-21, under the Scheme "Assistance to Transmission Corporation of Telangana Ltd. for Agricultural and allied subsidy", Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.833,33,36,000/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Thirty Three Crores Thirty Three Lakhs and Thirty Six Thousand Only) to TSTRANSCO towards meeting the expenditure of Agriculture Tariff Subsidy and HTCC Charges of various Irrigation Projects in the State for the month of June, 2020, duly following the monthly restrictions.

3.The expenditure sanctioned at para (2) above, shall be debited to the following Heads of Accounts:

4.The Assistant Secretary to Government, Energy Department, Hyderabad shall draw and disburse the amount and arrange to credit the amount in favour of "TG Power Distribution Companies Pool Account", Account No.62344459665, (IFSC Code:SBIN0020066, and MICR Code:500004019) maintained with SBI, Gunfoundry Branch, Abids, Hyderabad.

5.The Dy.CCA, Telangana Power Coordination Committee shall submit the Utilization Certificate for the amount sanctioned in para (2) above in form 19- A of GFR Rules.
