TS Go-Number.216 Construction of High Level Bridge across local vagu for Panchayat Raj

1.In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord Post facto Extension of Agreement Time up to 19.10.2019 (197) days in respect of the work "Package No.TS03 XI LB-18 construction of High Level Brdige across local vagu of km 0/460 on road from Ulvanoor to Gangadevipally in Palwancha Mandal Bhadradri-Kothagudem District" without imposing any penalty, as the delay is not attributed to the contractor due to approval of designs and heavy rains.

2.The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
