1.In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, Telangana Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above and pursuance of the additional Budget released by the Finance (BG) Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby sanction Pleader fee for an amount of Rs.2,20,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs, Twenty Thousands only) to Sri. K.Radhakrishnan, Sr.Advocate, Supreme Court of India towards appearance on behalf of State of Telangana in the matter of Contempt petition (Civil) No.2104/2018 in CC (C) No.532 of 2013 before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India at New Delhi.
2.The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251-00-090-00-18-280/281 (Professional services/Pleader Fee) in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders issued vide reference 2nd read above.
3.The School Education(OP) Department shall draw the amount of Rs. Rs.2,20,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs, Twenty Thousands only) to Sri K.RadhaKrishnan, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, SB Account No.11050100163213, The Federal Bank Ltd. M-17, Connaught Circus, New Delhi, IFSC CODE FDRL0001105.
