1.In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., vide letter(s) 3rd read above and in terms of powers delegated in the G.O.1st read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction towards un-drawn Service Pension claim of Rs.3,51,200/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty One Thousand and Two Hundred only) in respect of late Smt. D. Ramalakshmamma, W/o Late Sri D. Gopalakrishnaiah, Teacher PPO.No.3162/AST/FA for the period of 02/2006 to 02/2016 as advised by the Prl. AG., A.P., vide letter 2nd read above.
2.The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly strictly, by following the procedure envisaged as per SR 86 (b)/89 (a) of TR 16 of APTC Vol.I. r/w Art. 55 of APFC Vol. I.
3.The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., is further directed to obtain authorization of A.G., A.P., for payment of the remaining portion of family pension up to the death of the family pensioner.
4.This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (TFR) Department, under the rules and orders in force on the subject.
