1.In the Lr. 1st read above, the Director of Adult Education, AP has stated that there is a acute shortage of the Officers in the category of Asst. Directors and Deputy Directors, at district - level and the posts are very essential/ key posts for conducting literacy programmes and to coordinate with other departments, to prepare action plan of new programme as well as drawal of monthly salaries of the staff in the Districts. She has, therefore, requested the Govt., to give permission to fill up the vacant posts of Assistant Directors/ Deputy Directors on ad hoc basis as the individuals are not completed the minimum service of (2 ) years in their respective cadres.
2.In the circumstances stated above, the Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby order to include the names of following officers in the panel of A.P.Os / A.Ds of Adult Education to consider their candidature for ad-hoc promotion to the category of A.Ds /D.Ds for the panel year 2020-21, by invoking Rule - 10 (a) read with Rule 16 (c) (iii) of A.P. State and Sub ordinate Service Rules, 1996:-
